PE 10 2 Day Nutrition Journals are due on Monday, Nov 7th and Tuesday, November 8th.  You can access the assignment and the Canada Food Guide here.

Are you the next Lebron James??  If you are... then don't bother signing up for 3 on 3 Basketball Intramurals - you are too good.  However, if you like to play basketball and you can gather a team of 5 players then you can compete in this year's tournament.  Sign up sheets are available in front of the main office on Tuesday, Oct 11th.  Space in the tournament is limited so make sure you get your registration in as soon as you can. The bus leaving for the PE 20 camping trip to Jasper leaves the school at 8 AM.  The bus will be located at the school entrance adjacent to Confederation Arena.  If you are going on the trip make sure to arrive a couple minutes before 8 so you can load your gear.
